Our Methodology
Every Teguh engagement follows the same general sequence regardless of scope: we read before we recommend, we classify before we deploy, and we document throughout. This sequence is not procedural habit — it reflects what working responsibly with AI in a regulated institution actually requires.
A data-classification map precedes any AI reading of case or policy material. A written brief follows every piece of advisory work. And when AI assists are operating, a human analyst reviews and confirms every output before it influences any compliance action.
Our engagements are designed to be incremental. The Compliance Workflow Review is a sensible starting point that does not presuppose a pilot. If the brief suggests a pilot would be beneficial, the Policy & Case Reading Pilot provides a measured six-week supervised introduction. If AI assists are already running, Quarterly Compliance Stewardship provides the ongoing oversight that responsible deployment requires.
Read and assess
We read your current policy library and case workflow, with signed data access agreements in place, before forming any view on AI suitability.
Classify and map
A data-classification map identifies which document categories AI may read, under what restrictions, and within which environment boundaries.
Deploy and supervise
Pilot AI assists are configured in a read-only closed environment with analyst training. A supervised period allows calibration and confirmation of outcomes.
Document and deliver
Every engagement concludes with a written brief — committee-ready, audit-appropriate, and written for your compliance leadership, not your technology team.
ENGAGEMENT 01
Compliance Workflow Review

A focused engagement in which we read a sample of your bank's policy library and case files (with appropriate access agreements), sit with the head of compliance and one senior analyst, and write a brief on where AI summarisation could carefully reduce manual reading load. The work is BNM, AMLA, and BAFIA-aware throughout, and the deliverable includes a data-classification map.
What is included:

Policy & Case Reading Pilot

A measured pilot of an AI assist that reads structured policy documents and case files, drafts summary memos, and surfaces possible cross-references for human analysts to consider. Integration is read-only and within a closed environment; analysts confirm every conclusion. Includes a six-week supervised period, training for two analysts, and documentation aligned with BNM RMiT.

ENGAGEMENT 03
Quarterly Compliance Stewardship
RM 4,840 per quarter
A quarterly advisory engagement for banking compliance leaders whose teams already use AI assists. Each quarter we sample outputs, audit boundaries, and write a brief for your compliance committee. Includes alignment with BNM RMiT, AMLA, and PDPA, plus a yearly written summary suitable for your annual board review.
What is included each quarter:
- Sampling and review of AI assist outputs from the quarter
- Audit of AI boundary adherence and analyst confirmation records
- Written brief for compliance committee presentation
- Alignment check against BNM RMiT, AMLA, and PDPA
- Annual written summary for board review (once per year)
